The Keep Calm project from Alba Association provides comprehensively accompany and support the project life of young people between 15 and 25 years old who suffer from a mental disorder through the promotion of healthy lifestyles and habits, as well as to prevent, raise awareness and fight social stigma towards mental health among young people.

Individual and collective support is offered to young people with mental health problems, which is articulated with the social, educational and community resources of the territory; but with professionals, methodology and activities of the entity. This project aims to offer, through leisure, a complementary resource to the dynamics of existing health institutions, in order to offer another type of response to young people and their suffering. The care provided is integrated and coordinated with the different agents that make up the territorial network and facilitate continuity of care for people, creating bridges between the child and adolescent care network and that of adults.
